Odoo Service Terms & Conditions

Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Odoo Service LLC to business customers and companies.

Services

Odoo Service LLC provides, in particular, the following services: Odoo consulting, Odoo implementation, custom software development, ERP customization, data migration, interface development, support and maintenance, as well as training and consulting.

Formation of Contract

A contract is concluded upon written acceptance of the offer or upon commencement of the provision of services.

Fees & Payment

The prices and payment terms agreed upon in the respective offer shall apply.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer shall provide all necessary information, access credentials, and contact persons in a timely manner so that the agreed services can be performed.

Warranty

Any defects must be reported in writing without undue delay after they become known. Odoo Service LLC shall be given the opportunity to inspect the defect and, where applicable, to remedy it.

Liability

Odoo Service LLC shall be liable within the limits permitted by law. Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all confidential information as strictly confidential.

Applicable Law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The place of jurisdiction shall be Dubai.
